The THI-EYE TWN 1490 is a true all-rounder, offering versatile utility for lifting, moving, and securing loads.
The lifting points may be used with 100 % WLL in all directions and offer great flexibility; They are suitable for use in various industrial sectors, such as on earthmoving machinery, buckets, grapples and spreader beams, as well as for personal fall protection systems.
Designed with a 4:1 safety factor and crack-tested, these lifting points feature angle indicators to optimize alignment during attachment.
A continuous fillet weld prevents corrosion from creeping underneath the component.
Manufacturing and testing requirements are based on the DGUV testing principle GS-HM 36 and DIN EN 1677-1.
In compliance with the EN standard and the Machinery Directive, the weld-on lifting points are marked with the manufacturer’s symbol, WLL, a traceability code, and the CE mark.
