The Grade 100 lashing toggle tensioners LH with shortening devices TWN 1460 are used as tensioning elements in lashing chains. The lashing toggle tensioners can be positioned anywhere in the lashing chain and offer a large clamping way. The lashing toggle tensioners with trapezoidal thread achieve a high pretensioning force with little force impact. This property is of fundamental importance when lashing down, as the level of the pretensioning force contributes to load securing.
The manufacturing and testing requirements are based on DIN EN 1677-1, under consideration of grade 100 lashing capacities.
